SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States, across all 50 states and even internationally! Please note customers are responsible for all shipping duties and/or tax on international orders and that The Wedge is unable to estimate such fees.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. For international orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on location address.

Eek! I entered the wrong shipping address.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (give or take). If you notice any errors with your shipping address (thank you, autocorrect 🙄), please get in touch as soon as you can. Unfortunately if product has left the premises, a small fee might be incurred.

What is your return policy?

All orders are currently final sale. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, drop us a note at contact@buythewedge.com.

HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?

We collect payment at the time your purchase is made and aim to ship product within 6 to 8 weeks. In the event there are further delays with production someone from our team will be in touch.

Can I throw my Wedge in the washing machine?

Yes! We recommend washing The Wedge just like you would your everyday pillow. To make sure it keep its shape and softness, be sure to use the instructions below.

1. Unzip faux suede covering and remove fiberfill

2. Place faux suede covering in washing machine - use mild detergent on gentle cycle

3. Line dry

4. Zip faux suede covering back onto fiberfill

P.S. Color may fade slightly with general wear and tear.

The color looks a little lighter to me?

That's completely normal and might happen with do time!
